Villa Serenity is the perfect place to relax and enjoy paradise. Only six villas share this exclusive 4-acre beachfront enclave, so you you’ll never find the property overcrowded. As far as amenities go, no other rental property can come close. A tropical 150-foot beachfront pool (one of the largest beachfront pools on the island)  meanders through the property; perfect for relaxing with a tropical drink. The private beach is expansive, boasting 300 feet of white sand and towering coconut palms. Just pick your perfect spot by the sea and one of our attentive staff members will set up your lounge chairs. Feel like kayaking out to the barrier reef (just 1500 feet away!)? Your wish is our command—a staff member will set up your kayak and have you on your way in no time! Tennis anyone? Seascape Villas has one of the only tennis courts on the island and it’s yours for the duration of your visit—rackets and balls included! And if Yoga is your thing, you’ll be in your element stretching under the covered palapa located at the end of our private 200-foot dock overlooking the peaceful Caribbean. Feel like exploring? We’ve got complimentary bikes for a leisurely ride to town or anywhere you’d like to go!  Looking for wildlife? Seascape Villas also boasts frontage on a beautiful lagoon at the back of the property—perfect for bird watching or for an early morning kayak adventure. How about a relaxing poolside massage, or a private chef preparing fresh lobster and fish for your group? Just ask our on-site concierge and it will be done. Unlike larger resorts where you get lost in the crowd, Seascape Villas is small and exclusive. Your vacation is our top priority. Your stay in Villa Serenity will be nothing less than wonderful! Just as its name implies—this will be the most relaxing and stress free vacation ever!  It’s expansive interior and exterior spaces, and its intimate ensuite bedrooms,  make it the perfect place for families and larger gatherings. Villa Serenity has three spacious decks facing the ocean and pool—the ultimate place to sip your freshly made morning cappuccino and watch the sunrise over the turquoise blue Caribbean waters. The Villa expands over three levels, featuring a stunning entry with 25 foot ceilings and Belizean hardwood spiral staircase leading to the upper levels. The main level of the Villa is HUGE and perfect for entertaining. The main living area features a 55” smart TV with Netflix, local cable, HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, and more. High speed wireless internet is available throughout the Villa (although we discourage working during vacation hours)!. Villa Serenity has 3 luxurious bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The first Master Suite with king size bed is located on the 3rd floor and features a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The suite has French doors that open to a spacious private deck with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and free-form pool. It features a smart TV with access to Netflix and popular TV apps. The second Master Suite is located on the 2nd floor and features a king size bed (that can be split into two twins),  a flat screen TV, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. French doors open to a 30-foot private wrap around deck overlooking the pool, sea and gardens. The third luxury Master Suite is located on the bottom floor; boasting OVER 600 SQUARE FEET and featuring two full size beds, an enormous bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity, a kitchenette with sink, mini fridge and coffee maker. The suite also features an adjoining family room with pull out Queen Size sofa bed and a 55” smart TV.​

The full gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, professional style Italian ESPRESSO MACHINE and a large island with seating overlooking the dining area & great room. There are wonderful views of the pool and ocean. The villa is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, linens, and features air conditioning, cable TV, DVD player, a full stock of DVDs, stereo, Wi-Fi, games, and books for your entertainment.​

The stunning tropical style pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, sea kayaks, bikes and tennis court are all part of the Seascape Villas amenities: all at no additional charge.​

FULL DAILY MAID SERVICE is available and AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION (one taxi each way holding 6 persons), to and from the local airport upon arrival and departure is complimentary with a 5-day minimum rental. Golf cart rentals are also available and can be delivered to the airport upon arrival.

Basic amenities are included – full bedding (linens, pillows, duvets), towels, beach towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, cleaning supplies, coffee, filters, sugar and creamer. Highchair and/or crib available by request in advance.​

As with all of the Caribbean, Florida and the Gulf Coast, Ambergris Caye sometimes experiences large amounts of Sargassum. We hire on as many people as needed to keep the beach as clean as possible for you. There may be times when there is a smell if the breeze is light and the temperature high along with a large volume of Sargassum but it clears quickly.
